Marlin Tower, LLC (MTL) uses a standard license agreement to ensure that each tenant knows exactly what they are getting and what they can expect. Normal license terms are 5 years, with options for additional five-year terms although other terms are available. Interference protection and resolution is a key part of our business plan. In fact, in seven-plus years of operation we have not received a single complaint of interference from our users!

 

Insurance Requirements:

In order to protect everyone involved at the site, Marlin Tower requires that all users carry insurance.

Licensee will carry and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement policies of insurance issued by companies authorized to do business in the State of Connecticut in which Licensor shall be named as an additional insured. The policies must provide for commercial general liability insurance, including coverage for bodily injury and property damage, and workman’s’ compensation insurance, in an aggregate amount not less than Two Million and 00/100 Dollars ($2,000,000.00) and the policy must obligate the insurance company to notify Licensor and Licensee at least thirty (30) days prior to termination thereof. Licensee agrees to furnish Licensor a certificate, evidencing that such insurance is in full force and effect.
